Clare introduced me to yoga practice after I sought out a solution to a growing concern that my body was not so balanced in an active lifestyle. After a few weeks I was very impressed with the increase in flexibility and feeling all round better. I make sure I go to Clare's classes to maintain and reward my body and learn more about the practice which I enjoy.

After 2 years I still find it challenging but I am very satisfied and appreciative with the balance Yarra Ranges Yoga has given me.

Iyengar yoga is a wonderful way to learn and ease your body and mind into yoga and I recommend it to my family and friends- My mum now comes along. Clare is terrific at instruction and creates a very comfortable atmosphere.
