Yoga Sessions

Regular weekly yoga sessions and various short courses run during each school term.

In Term 2 there will be both online and face to face yoga sessions offered. The term begins on April 16th.

  • TUESDAY 6.15PM : Online General Yoga

  • MONDAY 1.00PM : Online Trauma Sensitive Yoga (For those identifying as women/non-binary)
  • FRIDAY 10.45am : Studio Small Group Trauma Sensitive Yoga Program in Monbulk (8 week program runs each term - contact for information)

All Zoom sessions require registration - please Click through to Online Sessions for Zoom registration links and payment details. Once registered you will receive a link to join your yoga session as well as a password. The link will remain the same for the duration of your course.
